This position is responsible for supporting clients as they develop, implement, and manage Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs in the life science and related industries. Working as part of a Catalyze team, this role will support the assessment of client’s current EHS regulatory compliance; help develop practical programs, procedures, and training; assist clients in putting those programs into practice at their facilities; and support the ongoing management and execution of their compliance tasks. This is a generalist position spanning occupational safety and environmental compliance. With 3–5 years of hands-on EHS experience, this role will work closely with experienced subject matter experts who provide technical guidance, review, and mentoring, with the opportunity to broaden your skills across multiple clients and facility types. Experience in the life science industry is preferred.
